These are the scissors I use in my kitchen. I have one on my magnetic knife rack right over my stove so that it is handy any time I need it. I have other pairs in various drawers. They come out to replace the one over my stove as soon as it gets used and put in the dishwasher. That way I always have one on hand.
These cut through meat so easily that I have suggested that I carry one in my purse for when I eat out! I give this one 5 stars!!
