Though originally from Haiti, I have lived in the United States for over 31 years. I am a single mother of five beautiful children. I am extremely passionate about my dreams.

Cooking is my passion. In 1994, I graduated at the top of my class at The French Culinary School in New York City (now called the International Culinary Center). Upon my graduation from the culinary arts school, I began working as a sous and head chef at a private club in Short Hills, NJ called The Racquets Club. For 9 years, I dedicated myself to creating some of the most exquisite dishes with the hopes of one day owning my own company.

I have always had a passion for creating new opportunities for myself wanted to enter into the world of online businesses. Over the years, I’ve been involved in a few of those businesses from Amway, to Goji, to Malalluka, and even Herbal Life.  Although I did not find great success with any of these companies, I never gave up. An online business was the answer to my dreams. I just had to find the right one.

Studying the inspiring words of Les Brown in his book It’s Not Over Until You Win; How to become the person you want to be despite the obstacles, I knew that I had to keep going if I wanted to reach success. Now, with my own online business, I have found my answer – and my dreams!

Using the skills that I’ve acquired, I am ready to share my talents with the masses! Using unique Caribbean style cuisines, my goal is to help you create delicious dishes with products that actually work as advertised.
